A. Kent Greene
Having practiced in Las Vegas since 1974, Kent Greene has accumulated extensive experience in the areas of Tax, Corporate , Estate Planning, and ERISA Law. Kent graduated from Brigham Young University with a degree in accounting and from the University of Utah school of law in 1973 with a Juris Doctor degree. He is a member of the Utah and Nevada state bars, the Clark County Bar Association, the Nevada Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the American Society of Pension Actuaries. Kent is also listed in publications, Who's Who in American Law and Best Lawyers in America. As a well respected attorney in the legal community, Mr. Greene has also been given an "AV" rating in the Martindale Hubbel Law Directory. Kent frequently lectures on employee benefits and tax related topics.

Wesley F. Yamashita
A native of Southern Nevada, Wesley has an extensive knowledge of legal matters within the community. He studied law and Brigham Young University and is a Certified Public Accountant. Wesley's primary areas of practice are Probate, Estate Planning, and Taxation. He lectures regularly on these areas to both the general public and members of the bar. Mr. Yamashita is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the Utah State Bar. He is admitted to practice before the United States Tax Court. He has also been listed in Who's Who in American Law.

Thomas L. Roberts
Mr. Roberts graduated from Brigham Young University in 1968, and in 1974 he graduated from the University of Utah school of law. Tom practices primarily in the area of Real Estate, Corporate and Business Law, Mergers and Acquisitions. He is a member of the Nevada, Arizona, and Utah state bars, and the Clark County Bar Association. He was formerly Vice President of Wilsbarshaw Properties, Inc., an affiliate corporation of The Cambridge Companies with headquarters in Irving, Texas. Prior to law school, Tom served in the U.S. Army as a First Lieutenant Infantryman with service in the Republic of South Vietnam.

C. Michael Rasmussen
Michael Rasmussen is a native of Las Vegas and earned degrees from both Brigham Young University (B.A.) and the University of Utah S.J. Quinney School of Law. Michael previously practiced with one of the largest firms in Nevada and with the largest homebuilder in the nation. He has served as the department head of a transactional practice, including asset planning, protection and preservation as well as overseeing large and complex real estate matters. Michael speaks Japanese.

E. Mark Zobrist
Mark Zobrist works in the fields of Estate Planning and Asset Protection. He has broad experience in international business and contracts having practiced law in Saudi Arabia for two years. He lived in Mexico for over five years and speaks fluent Spanish. Mr. Zobrist graduated from the J. Reuben Clark School of Law, Brigham Young University, as a member of its Charter Class 1976. He is a member of the Nevada and California state bars.

Jared R. Johnson
After clerking in Las Vegas’ Eighth Judicial District Court, Jared entered private practice in the areas of pension, corporate, and estate planning. He graduated from Brigham Young University (B.A.), Pepperdine University School of Law (J.D.), and the Straus Institute for Dispute Resolution. He has lived in France, England, and Brazil, and speaks French, Spanish, Portuguese, and Russian. Jared is admitted to the Nevada, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, and District of Columbia bars, as well as the U.S. Court of International Trade and federal courts for the Districts of Nevada and New Jersey.

Gregory L. Paul
Gregory Paul is a native of Nevada, having grown up in Elko and Las Vegas. After earning a degree in Accounting from the University of Nevada, Las Vegas (B.S.), he attended law school in San Francisco at Golden Gate University School of Law, where he earned both his law degree (J.D.) and a Masters of the Law degree in Taxation (LL.M.). Gregory is a member of the State Bar of Nevada and the California State Bar and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court, District of Nevada, and the United States Tax Court.
